Become a Vendor at the Festival
Are you a business, community-based organization or DC agency who wants to connect with a diverse and enthusiastic neighborhood? With thousands of people visiting the Festival, this is a great opportunity to sell your creations and help inform residents. We want you to think creatively! Apply to be a vendor at Celebrate Petworth using the form at the bottom!
You must be a DC area-based business, organization or agency (bonus point if you're from Petworth!). If you're selling something, your work must be entirely self-made and fall into one of the designated categories described below.
- Food and Healthy Living Zone will showcase farmer's market produce, urban garden's groups, plants for sale, gardening supplies, chef demos, wellness groups, and other organizations dedicated to healthy and sustainable living.
- Arts Zone will feature local arts vendors, clothing boutiques, live artists/muralists, performance artists, and other creative organizations displaying their products and services.
- Kids Zone will feature family-friendly entertainment and activities including crafts, puppet theater, kids art mural, story time and other engaging programming.
$100 per table space for vendors accepted into the festival. Fee is due upon acceptance and is not refundable. Selected nonprofit rganizations will be given free space at the event.
Non-Profit and Community-Based Organizations
Non-profit and community-based organizations can apply to be a vendor if they wish to have a table for displaying marketing materials and having a representative answer questions. We offer a significant discount for these organizations. Contact us to find out more.
Note that Celebrate Petworth does not furnish tables, tent, chairs, staff, etc. As a vendor, you're solely responsible for booth operation, as well as collection and reporting of applicable sales tax. Tables should be no longer than six feet. If you need a tent, you must bring your own.
